This 30+ year veteran of the real estate industry has built successful relationships with buyers and sellers across south-central Pennsylvania by focusing on integrity and quality throughout the home buying and selling process.

Throughout his career, Guy has sold a whopping $50+ million in real estate. But, before he got into selling properties, he was building them. He began his career working for a contractor, and interacting with agents made him interested in becoming one, too!

When collaborating with clients, Guy enjoys observing the ways sellers use their homes to suit their lives and seeks to match buyers with a place that will meet their needs. He believes homes and the many ways people use them is an insightful study of sociology. As a result, he has a unique perspective on properties, which he believes are a testament to the American lifestyle.

As a proud, life-long resident of York County, Guy focuses on residential real estate in York as well as Adams and Lancaster counties.

When he’s not helping clients, Guy loves spending time with his wife and son. He’s also a former bodybuilder who enjoys working out and teaching Kenpo Karate to teens. Reading about history, especially the Bible, is something he enjoys, as well.
